Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Kanehide Bio has been certified by Japan Health and Nutrition Food Association as GMP since June 2011. “GMP” stands for Good Manufacturing Practice. This is for manufacturing management and quality control.

ISO22000
We were the first factory in Okinawa to be accredited with the International Standards Quality Management System ISO9001 / 2000, ISO9001 / HACCP. Additionally, we were also accredited in January 2006 with the Food Safety Management System ISO22000 which focuses on food safety and reliability.

Quality Control at plant

Air Shower
- Before entering a room, our staffs wash their hands and disinfect them with alcohol and pass through an air shower that removes dust, debris and hair from their clothing.

Human check
- Inspectors check with their eyes whether if there are any appearance defects or not.

Check with X-ray inspection device
- The merchandise after packaging, gone through X-ray inspection device surely before packing.

Strictly check
- Inspected appearance, aerobic colony count, coli forms, water activity to provide products in safe and secure.

Human check
- Checked with inspector's eyes, mouth and nose certainly because products are what customers eat.

Traceability System
- In order to ensure that safe and effective products are delivered to customers, the entire process from raw material production to manufacturing, packing and shipping is recorded and saved in case there is ever a need to quickly track down a problem relating to one of our products.
