  Our materials are extracted with water. We can also separate impurities using of filtration line.

  We have some fermentation tank in our plant. Fermentation makes to increase the flavors.

•  Filtration Equipment

  

  We use it as purification of Fucoidan and disposal of saline and iodine.

•  Concentration Reservoir

  

  We have several reservoirs to concentrate the extracts of materials.

•  Ultrahigh-pressure Emulsification Equipment

  

  This equipment can form Nano liposome compound by using ultrahigh-pressure treatment to advance of digestion absorption for blending of materials and lecitin, we can expect.

•  granulation plant

  

  This equipment produce granule for our granule and tablet products.

•  Spray Dryer

  

  We have two spray dryers to make powder from extract.

•  The production equipment for Cosmetic materials

  

  We produce materials for cosmetics, that is dedicated room.

Preparation Line

•  Tableting Equipment

  

  We have two equipment for tableting, three types of diameter size(5㎜φ, 8㎜φ, 15㎜φ).

•  Filling equipment for Hard type Capsule

  

  We load the product to hard type capsules. The capsule size is No.1, No.2 and No.3 (Japanese standards for pharmacy).

•  The equipment for Retort Pouch production

  

  We produce retort pouch products whose type of size from 30mL to 100mL. Small lot production system, from 5,000 packs, is available.

The line for Filling and Packaging

•  The equipment for Granule and Powder packing

  

  We have two packing equipments. One is for granule. The other is for powder, called Auger type.

•  The equipment for counting and packing of Tablets and Capsules

  

  This equipment fills predetermined tablets and capsules in a bottle.

•  The equipment for packing of tablets and capsules

  

  This equipment fills predetermined tablets and capsules with three way sealing of packaging.
